So the new film is coming out soon. I'll be honest, I'm nervous about this oneafter seeing a few spoilerific articles and posts in various places. I'll make my own opinions known when it actually arrives (some time after the release date, unfortunately) but... I'm nervous.

Anyhoo, if you have seen it already - I know people have - feel free to drop into our official review thread on the Simpsons and Futurama Discussion board.

FUTURAMA BEAST WITH A BILLION BACKS: YIVO INVASION

The Yivo invasion has arrived! Crash landing in key markets nationwide, Yivo has a tentacle span of 20 feet, and will be in constant tentacle motion! In Boston, Detroit, San Diego, Minneapolis and Chicago, each Yivo inflatable will be accompanied by “Space Babes” who will be distributing out-of-this-world promotional items, including T-shirts, tattoos and signed DVDs.



A “Mega-Invasion” is approaching Philadelphia when a 30-foot-tall Yivo takes over Love Park. In addition to “Space Babes” and giveaways, visitors to the park will have a chance to meet Bender himself and get “Yivo-ized” via green screen!

Cool. Smiley But when you say "meet Bender himself," do you mean his VA, John DiMaggio, or a guy in a Bender costume (or perhaps John DiMaggio in a Bender costume...)?

ETA: Hmm.  When I search for "Futurama" or "Yivo" at several of the events' sites, I don't get any results. :/
