Angelica looks terrific as an action hero. She looks great with the shading, the hair a little mussed from chasing bad guys, and a forceful expression. On top of all that, the details of her pose and the way her jacket shifts and bunches up are excellent (on top of the clothes being well designed and detailed to begin with). And her pistol is extremely well detailed, though I don't know much about specific firearms. Did you use references for a particular handgun model?
Her dialogue is fine, but the typeface is somewhat weak for her message. If you want various , check out
Blambot, which is geared to comics, or
FontDirectory, which has quite a bit to choose from with no specific application in mind. However, the picture itself tells the story so well that the dialogue isn't even necessary.
For the Tommy and Kimi picture, I'm reluctant to comment and will invoke my disclaimers of protanomaly and an old LCD panel. The shading and highlighting of the characters seems excellent, and I can definitely tell there's a light source to our left between that and their shadows. Overall, their forms are colored fine, though their colors are a bit subdued, not "contrasty" enough. Even the graffiti doesn't stand out against the wall.
Their hair sticks out quite a bit because it isn't blended to the same level as everything else. I know that the color and highlights typically follow their own patterns across different sections of the hair itself, but the coloring patterns seem to interfere with the hair at some points: it's like there's an "interference pattern" between the two, most noticeable in the diagonal lines in Kimi's right ponytail.
Of course, see what others and the fellow artists have to say, as I have very little coloring skill (just a few
Feder comics, none of which came out so hot). It may also be that I'm too used to seeing fan art with bright-yellow skinned characters against lots of blue and pinkish backgrounds.

The bricks look great with the real variation in the mortar, so I hate to ask, but... Is it a stock picture? The near-horizontal line across Kimi's skirt seems a bit too heavy; I'm guessing it was in the original drawing, so perhaps it could have been toned down and the fold accentuated with shading. (It wouldn't be replaced completely, IMO, unless the shading was done much less subtly.)
As for the drawing itself, Kimi's boot lining looks to thick, as if her legs are wrapped in thick foam, and the lacing sticks out compared to the rest of the refined lines. I like the book title, though I wonder why Tommy's backpack has ammunition tubes. Is he going to the firing range with Angelica later?
