After a long, long hiatus I have decided to come back and post over here. I know I've been such a jerk here and there, but I hope my posted messeges from now on, drawings and participation with you all could fix that some time.
Well, after almost a year of not posting this comes next:

Why thanks, Terry. You know, I kind of knew you were going to be the first to answer to my thread. You were almost always the first. Thanks a lot man! I'm glad that my art still good, even after I try to make it very close to a Groening style. Unlike before, I could not do that without messing it up. @Alex The last person you say? Wow, was I that off the list..... Who would thought it? I thought it was some one else. Thanks for your coments, Pat. I'd probably will end up drawing some futurama after all. Guys, I know you are more into futurama.

Hello there! It's always good to see Simpsons/Futurama stuff drawn in other styles. I like Maggie's look here -- you seem to have given her a rather more hardworking, slightly nervous personality than she usually gets (what with having Bart as a role model ). As for con-crit, I think that her body in general is too stretched -- I know it's not a complete Groening copy, but it looks as though her top half isn't sitting on her legs quite right. Maybe shortening her neck and waist would help. Also, I think the fingers need to have more volume, perhaps by being curved more. Apart from that, she looks nice and rounded (and has good feet). Keep 'em coming!

Great to see you back here! As Beb said, it's always nice to see different interpretations of the Groening style and although this one's pretty close, I can recognise your own style in it too.

It's a great pic, but I can't get over the feeling that Maggie's head may be too big... by about a third. Maybe it's just the size of the hair, but it looks strange to me.
Otherwise, great work!

Why thanks, Terry. You know, I kind of knew you were going to be the first to answer to my thread. You were almost always the first. Thanks a lot man! What can I say? I like drawings, especially ones done in the Groening vein. And especially especially since I can't do it myself (though, I'm going to try one of these days, I really am). And yer welcome!

Thanks eveyone for the warm welcome. Hey, Missy! Glad to see you here. I miss your stories.
Now, this pic could not enter into LTS competiton. My Lazy butt and cranky nature, arghh! It was my own fault I didn't had it ready and rushed in vain just today to finish something that was not accepted anyway..

Very nice! But if he's parading around as El Barto, shouldn't be be, I dunno, a bit more menacing? Or at least more mischievous. Here, he looks a little too cutesy-poo. Still, not bad at all!

Tomorrow are the finals for the Mexican-soccer tournament. Santos vs Cruz Azul. Ofcourse I dont like the people from the capital, and because I was born up in the northen states I'm betting on Santos Laguna to win. Monterrey, my native city, lost in the semifinals just because of one goal. So sad! Ok, here it is.... I hope this Bart is not too cutesy-poo, Terry.
