The Scots (originally Irish, but by now Scotch) were at this time inhabiting Ireland, having driven the Irish (Picts) out of Scotland; while the Picts (originally Scots) were now Irish (living in brackets) and vice versa. It is essential to keep these distinctions clearly in mind (and verce visa).

Pinup Leela looks suspiciously like she's going to whack the audience with that wrench. Something looks a little odd about the profile view of her shoulders and back, but I'll have to check photos to see if I'm correct. And since I'm not a media student, I won't go near the symbolism.  Grin
Male Leela looks very gentle, much more so than his female counterpart. I like that -- it screws with the gender stereotype the same way female Leela does. Fry's expression cracks me up.

Damnit, I was hoping nobody would notice what is an obvious yet unintended visual metaphor. Argle... anyway, that aside, you're the second person to point out her back, and I think I may have figured out why. Her right shoulder is the wrong height and shape. I'll have to watch out for that sort of thing next time.

Oh well.

Now that's an impressive perspective (and I don't say that because of the sight, but from a technical point of view Wink ). I'm certainly not an expert when it comes to this, but the proportions seem to work very well - nice work!

Couple of minor characters from A Different View.

If you're wondering, I hate the DOOP uniform so I decided that corvette crews wear pants.

And in colour! Amy on a party board, enjoying some water planet.

I know, I know, the water doesn't look great and there's no shading on the poor lass. Gimme a break, I'm lazy. Tongue

Neat way to do clouds, though.  Wink

As for the previous pic: I'll be happily picturing these people when I get to the bit where they are. Yes. I like Sethi's head -- your own species or one from the show? The only complaint I have is that the original DOOP uniform is a work of genius! How dare you sully it with your comfy practical trousers?!

I decided to turn in to a 'shipper for a day, just to see how it feels.

WARNING: This one is a little risqué so you may wish to avert your eyes. It's Fry dreaming about Leela in what is supposed to be a fantastic cloudscape, but is more like a pile of scribbly lines. And she is wearing clothing... but note the boot.

Incidentally it feels like chocolate ice-cream mixed with brandy.
