Yay, Pazuzu! (And belated yay for the Grand Midwife).

David, I am unsure what to make of your email. Do you have pets in the apartment or not?

Dear Helen,
No. I have a goldfish but due to the air conditioner in my apartment being stuck on a constant two degrees celsius, the water in its bowl is iced over and he has not moved for a while so I do not think he is capable of disturbing the neighbours. The ducks in the bathroom are not mine.

I'd just like to second that "Yay, Pazuzu!".  Nice touch getting that owl in there as well.  :)
Struck by the sounds before the sun,
I knew the night had gone,
The morning breeze like a bugle blew,
Against the drums of dawn.

Lay down your weary tune, lay down,
Lay down the song you strum,
And rest yourself 'neath the strength of strings,
No voice can hope to hum.

  • Electric Ladyland Advertiser
  • Jellyfish Nurse
  • Helmut Spragel

Tonk not fat!

This picture is getting excellently seizure-inducing. Hypnotoad is a bit oversized, though. (A reflection of his inflated importance in fandom?) All the other characters are the right relative size, which is the way it should be, IMHO, so you might consider changing that.
I struggled to my feet,
I rode past destruction in the ditches,
With the stitches still mending
'Neath a heart-shaped tattoo.
Renegade priests
And treacherous young witches
Were handing out the flowers
That I'd given to you.

Yeah, I'm not actually sure what The Hypnotoad's size really is, I just know he's larger than most toads. I might just check the episode again to see if I can get a more accurate gauge on exactly how big he is. Thanks Chris :)

Funnily enough, sizing them accurately is one of the hardest parts. Though they can easily be stretched and rescaled, too much thins or thickens the lines too much sometimes.

There are enough Futurama characters to circle the globe five times. Once again, brilliant lobster pics.

Oh dear. The number of people on there is making it harder and harder to spot the new additions... I never realised how big the cast was until now. I'm impressed at your dedication.

Awesome job!  I love the inclusion of "The widow Pacman" (sob sob, wacka-wacka)
Hey you, out there in the cold,
Getting lonely, getting old,
Can you hear me?
Hey you, standing in the aisles,
With itching feet and fading smiles,
Can you feel me?
Hey You! Don\'t help them to bury the light.
Don\'t give in without a fight.

Spoock! *ahem* I mean Leonard. Nice. :)

Out of interest, do you have all these little guys stored as separate images as well?

Yes, each character has their own seperate image file too. Though how much of them is drawn varies. Sometimes they're full-body images, sometimes just head and shoulders, and sometimes somewhere inbetween. It depends.

i remember when you first showed it.

its come a LONG way!
and its looking amazingly brilliant!

how far off completion do you reckon it is?
Space. It seems to go on and on forever.
But then you get to the end and a gorilla starts throwing barrels at you.

No idea. Especially with the new DVD's coming out. A while yet, I'd say.
