Fair enough. I'm sorry that you couldn't find it anywhere; I guess that pretty much means it's lost forever (but who knows?).
Here follows a synopsis of the script, as accurate as I can remember it. If it sounds incoherent and freaky, that's because the original fanfic was (I was just sixteen or so when I wrote it, after all):
Due to Mr Burns's unwillingness to spend money on cleaners, hygienic conditions at the nuclear power plant plummet. One day Marge goes there to visit Homer, is appalled at the filthy and rat-infested plant she sees, and leads the workers to a strike. Mr Burns reports them to the police, and Marge is arrested, but Homer manages to escape by chaining himself to the couch and swallowing the key. Bart and Lisa are sent to an institute, on account of both their parents being unavailable (Maggie manages to sneak away in the house and stay with Homer, making sure that he doesn't starve to death).
Bart and Lisa are rescued by a gang and hide out in Shelbyville. Marge briefly goes to jail, then is traded over to the power plant to do community service, where Mr Burns again starts harassing her sexually. He also tries to bring down her reputation as strike leader by propagating a photo of himself and Marge in a compromising position. When Lisa finds the photo, she and Bart decide to go back to Springfield. Meanwhile, Marge has punched Mr Burns out and escaped from the plant, and Homer has lost enough weight to get out of the chains. The family is happily reunited, and Mr Burns is brought to a heel as Patty and Selma (disguised as inspectors) expose his bad management.
Well. Like I said, it was written a long time ago.
The script was intended as a drama (there was quite a lot of emphasis on Marge's sufferings and loneliness), though the comedic element was quite strong as well. And that's about it.

I'm so into you But I'm way too smart for you Even my henchmen think I'm crazy I'm not surprised that you agree. If you could find some way to be A little bit less afraid of me You'd see, the voices that control me From inside my head say I shouldn't kill you yet.
