Is it possible to change your title (the text right below the username) to something different?

You mean the 'Sub-sector Control Officer's Assistant' you got there? Not really, that title is tied to your post count. Only way to change it outside of posting is by being a member of another group, like Moderator.

We could add a Custom Title for you, but the 'Sub-sector Control Officer's Assistant' would still be underneath it.
