Well it's simple, just go to profile and at the left hand side click on forum profile infomation and carry on from there,...

what do you mean?
Basically you can choose between some of the forum's own or use your own by either uploading it from your computer straight to here of if you have a url for the picture allready you can copy and paste it's address there
(such as uploading it on imageshack.us then using the url)
I'm not brilliant at explaining these things but it's the best way I can think of explaining it.....

Most likely it's too wide. From the sticky thread README: Forum Rules (Which you should always read first if you have a problem): Avatars:
The current limit for avatars is 160px wide. Due to functional changes in the new forum software it is no longer possible to use an attached image as an avatar if it is above this size. From now on I would request that all users make use of an image hosting service such as photobucket or imageshack for avatar hosting, or your own server or hosting account if you have one. |

I've set it so you're linking directly to the avatar, but the avatar list still changes you back to (no pic) if you try to select it via the menu. Graham, any possiblity of fixing this?
