I'm trying to get into chat (from the site) but the login screen has been replaced by the little red cross of doom. I'm pretty sure that the problem is with my own settings, but I have no idea which little box I need to tick to sort it out. If anyone else has ever had this problem, could you tell me what you did to fix it? Thanks.

You'll need to download a Java plugin from :  www.java.com,  then restart your pc and it should work.

Apparantly I already have it. I've tried fiddling with the security systems again, but no luck.

Is your firewall blocking the Java software?

I'm no PC genius, but I think I had that problem before...

The Scots (originally Irish, but by now Scotch) were at this time inhabiting Ireland, having driven the Irish (Picts) out of Scotland; while the Picts (originally Scots) were now Irish (living in brackets) and vice versa. It is essential to keep these distinctions clearly in mind (and verce visa).

In the world it is called Tolerance, but in hell it is called Despair, the sin that believes in nothing, cares for nothing, seeks to know nothing, interferes with nothing, enjoys nothing, hates nothing, finds purpose in nothing, lives for nothing, and remains alive because there is nothing for which it will die.
