Hi,

I recently made a change to a fanfic I had already submitted to the site.  I logged in, deleted the old file, and submitted the modified file with the same settings.  When I went to the fanfic archive and looked it up, I saw that the old file was still there--the changes hadn't taken effect.

Maybe I'm not supposed to change a fanfic after I've submitted it to the archive.  The fanfic in question is "Freaky Fry Day" in the Futurama section.  I originally put in some references to a relatively unfamiliar alien race called the Arcturans, but then I remembered that Leela was trained in Arcturan kung-fu ("Raging Bender").  So I tried to change "Arcturans" to something else, but it's not letting me.

Ahh, a bug. Joy. I'll have to see about fixing it later in the week, I'm really swamped at the moment.

It's not a big priority, at least not until I finish the sequel to Freaky Fry Day.

Find Me, A poem by Chris Dominowski.

If I am lost, and you do not care, will the search ever be fair?
Why am I here? What should I do?
The answer to this, I once knew.
Why should I be found if I always must hide?
I have tried so hard, my soul has died.
Over the years, In fear I have drowned. It is finally clear; I cannot be found.

Human, a poem by Chris dominowski

I wear sunglasses at night, but I carry a flashlight.
I turn from the flame, but stare at the ashes.
I walk into the woods, and never touch the trail.
I always look at my calander, but do not care what day it is.
I am the mixture of light and darkness; I am human.

Here are the first three chapters of the long-awaited sequel to "Freaky Fry Day".

I don't think so.

<Alexander> I've been fleshing out Mara's character, right?  Giving her depth?   In the meantime, what's happening to *me*?

The bug is fixed in my development version already.  I meant that I'm swamped, so I can't even take the time to replace it manually until later in the week.

Ok, I've managed to squeeze a few minutes in and am deleting the old version for you. Sorry about the delay. Smiley

I posted the new version of Freaky Fry Day, but now when I try to bring it up in the gallery, it tells me, "No input file specified."  This in spite of the fact that the input file name appears when I list files in the UserCP.

Fixed.

The RTF parser is still very unstable. If you get any more problems just drop me a line. Smiley

I just tried to re-upload Freaky Fry Day to fix a typo.  Once again it's telling me, "No input file specified", when I try to bring it up in the gallery.

I've switched to a different parser, so everything should be working fine now.
