All you can do is watch the inevitable crash down

Not only doe I have the new Futurama movie on pre-order but, a while back, I placed an order for the new Toynami figurines of the cast. Well today Fry and Zoidberg arrived... I took pictures, but the cable for my camera is missing. Which sucks.

These figures are cool though. Each one of the first three waves comes with a bit of the Robot Devil in it. Once you get them all you have an extra figure, practically for free! Bliss! I'm just hoping that Toynami decide to release more figures after this. I want an Amy, and there was an image of a prototype for Nixon's head in one of the promotional videos I saw. I also wouldn't mind a Morbo and Linda combination, and teh crew just wouldn't be complete without the Professor.

My excitement, of course, is partly due to the fact that this is the first time I've ever started collecting a set of figures. I didn't buy the special versions of Zoidberg, though I almost wish I had the blue one... oh well. Just waiting for Leela to arrive.

Anyone else got their hands on these treats?

Ah, the old "Johnny Longtorso" marketing scheme!

That looks cool, man.  I don't really collect action figures myself, though I do have a talking Chief Wiggum I got for my birthday one year.  Pez dispensers are more my thing.  And believe me, if there's a Zoidberg Pez dispenser out there, I will get it!

They're so awesome!  I've seen prototypes of Leela and Zapp (Nixon's head is supposed to come with Zapp next wave) and they both look fabulous.

I find it highly doubtful anything bearing Zoidberg's likeness would give up anything edible. Smiley

<Blomman> who was it that got married here?
<Alexander> Oh, that was a drunken night in Vegas I'd rather forget...
<Alexander> I mean... Graham and Chris.
<Blomman> really?
<Alexander> Yes.
<Blomman> not that i'm against that kind of thing, but isn't that like, uh, illegal in some states?
<Alexander> I could explain, but I don't want to. Cheesy

<Graham> She's a vampire!
<Graham> A lesbian vampire!
<gkscotty> pretty soon, it'll be Mara writing stories about Alex falling in love with Lisa.

I highly doubt anyone would want to eat anything that came out of Zoidberg's mouth, even if he was a pez dispenser.
