I like the second one a loot. Just sad, that the characters are so close together. All but Lisa is sort of standing in the way of each other.

That seems to be the point. EDIT: OK, the episode title made me look up "Verizon". And I'm still not sure I get it. Sure, it's a nice enough pun, but can they do product placement in titles? Chris's nitpicking reaches previously unheard of lows.

"Double, Double, Boy in Trouble:" When Lenny wins the lottery and invites the Simpson family to a celebratory party at a posh hotel, Bart meets his doppelganger, Simon Woosterfield, who happens to be a member of the richest family in Springfield. Simon and Bart decide to switch places, and Bart arrives at the lavish Woosterfield mansion only to find football great Joe Montana (guest-voicing as himself) hanging around the estate. As Simon adjusts to the simple life over at the Simpson household, Bart begins to notice his wealthy new siblings acting strangely toward him. With some frightening words of wisdom from Mr. Burns, Bart realizes his new siblings are plotting his demise so they can inherit the Woosterfield family fortune all for themselves. Lisa and Simon must reach Bart before he goes from riches to ditches in the all-new “Double, Double, Boy in Trouble” episode of THE SIMPSONS airing Sunday, Oct. 19 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (SI-1914) (TV-PG L, V)

That actually sounds like an interesting plot! A bit out there, but not more so than some episodes I've enjoyed.

Interesting concept, apart from the apparantly entirely tacked on guest star.

Yeah, I decided to post the plot synopsis this time around. I was afraid of what would happen if I just posted the image by itself.

It might be a good idea in the future. A lot of us are too lazy to go to... wherever plots are posted...

To clarify: Ooh, a whole plot that seems to be workable and need not be solved by raccoons and butter!

RE: The Emmy pic - it was published in this week's TV Guide. They're supposed to be crammed into a photo booth, thus the scrunching is explicable
