CONSUME MY SUPPORT APPAREL, LOSERS!

Normally we don't have one of these, but this sounds really interesting:

Quote
HOMER WAKES UP WITH NO RECOLLECTION OF THE PAST 24 HOURS AND DISCOVERS THAT MARGE AND THE KIDS ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON “THE SIMPSONS” SUNDAY, DECEMBER 16, ON FOX

Homer wakes up one morning only to find himself outdoors and covered with snow. With no recollection of what happened the night before, aside from a lingering hangover, Homer makes his way home only to find his entire family missing. Hopelessly confused, Homer makes his way to Moe’s bar, where Moe reveals that Homer drank a “Forget-Me-Shot” the night before – a drink is so potent, it wipes out a the last 24 hours of one’s memory. When Wiggum informs Homer of a domestic disturbance at his house the night before, Homer begins to worry that he may have done something awful. As he probes his cloudy memory to unravel the mystery, Homer turns to Professor Frink, who hooks him up to a device that allows him to explore his memories, and he interacts with his Memory Family to piece together the night’s events in the “Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson Mind” episode of THE SIMPSONS Sunday, Dec. 16 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (SI-1902) (TV-PG D, L, V)

Voice Cast: Voice Cast: Dan Castellaneta as Homer Simpson; Julie Kavner as Marge Simpson; Nancy Cartwright as Bart Simpson; Yeardley Smith as Lisa Simpson; Hank Azaria as Moe; Harry Shearer as Skinner; Tress MacNeille as Little Boy

This does sound quite good actually - sort of fan-fic ish. But don't worry, I have faith that they'll manage to find a way to screw it up for us Smiley

That's pretty much how I feel. While I admit the current writers can come up with some good basic ideas, their implementation and execution of these ideas have had much to be desired. I can't see them pulling it off, to be honest.

I don't know about that. They pulled off "different" episodes before with "Springfield Up" and "24 Minutes."

This could be an intriguingly dark episode - I sort of hope we don't end up with the "magic flying dragon" treatment and end up with something neat.
